Scavenger Hunt Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:


  • Online event reservations are confirmed after 3-5 business days. If you don’t get any confirmation please contact us. For last-minute event reservations, call us directly.
  • Proof of e-tickets and/or printed versions will be required to join the event.
  • No events and attractions are confirmed unless we notify in writing.
  • We keep the right to change any pricing in any season unless prior notification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any event and refund our clients under special circumstances.

Cancellation of guests:

Our guests can submit their cancellation request by email. We will reply within one business day. Please contact us if you don’t receive the cancellation confirmation on time.

See below cancellation fees applied according to the number of days prior to the event:

  • 30 or more days prior to departure – 10% of the total invoice
  • 4-29 days prior to departure – 50% of the total invoice
  • Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of the total invoice
  • No-show on meeting point – 100% of the total invoice

*Any refunds for cancellations will be done using the same payment method within 5-7 business days.
